I would 100% recommend Nik Jancovic and the Muve Team. I owned a condo for 11 years and listed the property two weeks before the Covid19 shut down of 2020, not great timing at all especially in a buyers’ market. It should also be noted that my condo was in an older building and in area of town that is not preferred by most. Despite these obstacles, Nik was able to sell my condo for well above what I was expecting to sell it for. Not to mention, there were other units listed in the building at significantly lower prices and buyers still chose to buy my unit - because of Nik.

Nik went out of his way to find specific buyers that would potentially be interested in the property. He showed the condo on his own time and was available to the buyers at their convenience, he really went above and beyond to ensure to my property had the best chance to sell.

I was anxious to sell my property and suggested to Nik at several points that we drop the listing price. With his expertise he encouraged me to be patient and to trust that we could get close to what we were asking for. Unexpectedly to me, two weeks after one of these conversations Nik had the condo pending and it sold the week after!

Throughout the entire sales process, from the original listing to closing, Nik and his team were great. For instance, the photos and video that were produced for the MLS listing really made the property shine, which in turn lead to many views and lots of interest. All of the paperwork was explained, laid out clearly and everything was done as efficiently as possible. To be honest, the process could have been better for me as a seller.
